Welcome to Backrooms Minimal (the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Eligibility & Game Interaction

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Application. The Application provides an interactive 3D gameplay experience featuring procedural maze generation and blockchain-based interactions

2. Blockchain and Web3 Functionality

• Solana Network: The Application interacts with the Solana blockchain for specific in-app interactions. To use these features, you may need to connect a compatible Solana mobile wallet
• No Custody: We do not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or crypto assets. You are entirely responsible for the security of your own wallet.
• Transaction Fees: Any transactions on the Solana network (including in-app interactions) may require network fees. These fees are paid directly to the network and are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property & License

We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to exploit bugs, glitches, or use automated tools (bots/scripts) to manipulate game movement physics, procedural chunk generation, or blockchain in-app interactions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, TOKENS, OR NFTS, OR ANY BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK FAILURES OR CONGESTION.
